These terms and conditions apply to the 'Eat, Party, Sleep, Repeat!' promotion developed and implemented by TicketSwap International B.V. located at Rokin 75, 1012 KL in Amsterdam, hereinafter referred to as TicketSwap. The promotion is carried out on behalf of Uber B.V., having its place of business at Meester Treublaan 7, 1097 DP, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as UberEats.
Participation
Participation in the promotional campaign is a combination of completing an order on UberEats between 10 and 21 October and registering the unique order number provided by UberEats on the campaign page within the TicketSwap environment. Both UberEats and TicketSwap are available on web, Android and iOS. By registering you explicitly agree and accept the specific terms & conditions applicable to this campaign and the general terms & condition of TicketSwap.. Every order number can only be used once and counts as one entry. Participation in this promotion is open to anyone in the Netherlands with a verified TicketSwap user account, with the exception of those persons referred to below. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. There is no maximum age for participation. Participation is excluded for employees of both TicketSwap and UberEats, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this promotion in an organizational sense. Participation in this promotion is free. Participants are bound by the content and provisions of these terms and conditions.
This promotion will also be shared on the social media account of TicketSwap for promotion.
The winner(s) may be asked to participate in the filming of them accepting their prize on a voluntary basis. Winner(s) that participate in the filming agree to offer TicketSwap and UberEats the exclusive right to use any film footage taken for the promotion of the campaign.
Promotion period
The Campaign runs from October 10, 2022 until October 21, 2022 (23:59) in The Netherlands. TicketSwap will select 5 winners on Monday, October 17, Tuesday, October 18, Wednesday October 19, Thursday October 20 and Friday October 21. The Campaign will remain visible on the TicketSwap platform until Friday, October 21 (23:59).
Prize and vouchers
Participants who complete an order through UberEats during the campaign period, and register their order number on the campaign page within the TicketSwap environment, will have a chance to win a TicketSwap voucher worth €500 and €500,- in UberEats credit. These vouchers can be used until October 31, 2022. In total 5 winners will be randomly selected and personally contacted by TicketSwap. As part of this promotion, we may ask for permission to film the handover of the price. This branded video will be used on the TicketSwap socials for commercial purposes. When the winner doesn’t give the required written permission, TicketSwap will have the right to select a new winner instead.
New UberEats customers receive €10,- discount on their first 2 orders with promo code TicketSwapEats20.
Personal data
When participating, the participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the promotion. The personal data will be used to implement the promotion and the distribution of the prizes as mentioned earlier. The personal data of individual participants is not shared with third parties other than those mentioned in the privacy policy, such as, but not limited to, UberEats. The participant's details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policies of TicketSwap and UberEats. Other
This campaign is in accordance with the Code of conduct for promotional games of chance. No rights can be derived from the result of this promotion. The result of the promotion is irreversible, non-transferable and will not be corresponded about. In cases not provided for in the terms and conditions, TicketSwap will decide. In the event of fraud or undue influence on the promotion, TicketSwap reserves the right to exclude participants, not to award prizes or to waive the right to a prize. If participation involves the use of multiple accounts by a single individual, TicketSwap has the right to exclude the participant from further participation and/or it may be decided to waive the right to the prize to be won. Liability
TicketSwap, UberEats, the assistants or third parties engaged by them cannot be held liable for damage that may arise in any way from this promotion and/or the prices made available by UberEats. TicketSwap's responsibility in this regard is limited to registering participants only. TicketSwap is not responsible or liable for defects in the vouchers or prizes to be provided by UberEats.
